  Description

  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Responsible for the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company.
  • Maintain employee records and paperwork.
  • Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
  • Prepare termination and severance letters

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR field
  • Excellent command of English
