- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Responsible for the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company.
- Maintain employee records and paperwork.
- Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
- Prepare termination and severance letters
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR field
- Excellent command of English
