  Description

  • Deliver or facilitate all courses and material as directed by the brand.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  • Identifying and assessing future, and current training needs.
  • Development of Managers and Staff skills, and Customer service.
  • Mapping an overall or individual training & development plan.
  • Create and organize Employees Performance Appraisal Competencies and rating system.
  • Audit the retail store using pre prepared check list.
  • Making decisions by analyzing KPI's result to choose the best solution and solve problems.

  Requirements

  • 4-6 Years of relevant experience preferably in the Retail field.
  • Bachelor Degree from Reputable University.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
