- Coaching and managing the trade sales team through monitoring statistics, activities and KPIs to achieve the organization strategic objectives.
- Prepare with the sales executives short and long term plans for existing and new accounts.
- Set objectives and distribute targets of the trade sales team to achieve the assigned KPIs.
- Ensure implementation of the company overall strategy.
- Handling activities targeting the growth of the customer base, market share and distribution.
- 6-8 years of sales experience preferable in trade sales sector (FMCG, Electronics, telecom, Cosmetics)
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field.
- Good managerial skills
- Good with calculations and numbers.
- High Arabic and English proficiency
