Description
- Administer annual benefits plan and develop new benefits program as requested.
- Support on monthly payroll execution to ensure smooth delivery of accurate and timely payment for employees.
- Review all payment variables associated with Change in pay (Promotion , hiring & transfer etc).
- Support on annual budget preparation.
- Handle financials of all service providers payment related to the Compensation and Benefits Department.
Requirements
- University degree from a relevant discipline.
- Fluency in English is a must
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG.
