- Follow up customer calls when necessary.

- Submitting a detailed daily report about the numbers of calls.
- Gathering all the phone calls in a report to clarify the number of incoming calls.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Background in using GDS system Amadeus or Galileo.
- Excellent command of English.
