  • Handle customer inquiries both telephone and by email.
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary.
  • Provide customers with service information.
  • Submitting a detailed daily report about the numbers of calls.
  • Gathering all the phone calls in a report to clarify the number of incoming calls.


  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in using GDS system Amadeus or Galileo.
  • Excellent command of English.
