- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
- Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services.
- Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
- Supervise gathering data on competitors and analyses their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 10 years of relevant experience including minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate.
- Fluency in English is a must.
