  • Provide technical support and backup in personnel areas as payroll documents, employee records, classification, compensation, benefits to the administration.
  • Carries out recruitment and selection procedures.
  • Assists with investigations into complaints reported to the Human Resources Department; makes recommendations regarding resolution.
  • Prepares the employment contract for the new hired and follow up the social insurance coverage.
  • Participates in job analysis process and finalizes job description.
  • Prepares salary offers as per instructions from HR Supervisor.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in HR.
  • Solid background in compensation, organizational planning, employee relations and training and development is a plus
