  • Follow up on team’s objectives that are tracked through sales meetings conducted by the manager
  • conducting interviews for hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing seasoned staff through action plans
  • Occasionally attend association meetings to receive the latest information on developers’ projects updates
  • coach team and teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and complete paperwork for the sale until closing


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
