  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Update the tracking sheet with the weekly updates.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Determine and flagging project changes.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Develop project strategies and provide support to Project Owners on how to manage their projects.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Prepare the weekly presentation to update senior management on the project’s progress.


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • High competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent command of English
