Description
- Review every organization's process and determines how the same or similar end result can be achieved in Oracle / CEC.
- Develop new processes to fit within the Oracle system to achieve the business objectives
- Review all documented processes with BU specialists before publication to ensure all aspects are covered.
- Determine the core necessary processes which must be configured based on in depth Oracle / CEC knowledge.
- Identify gaps for such the organization's product integration and write the process story and process flow, to enable development.
- Work with CEC / Oracle to develop the correct process flow and configuration for each process using available logic in the Oracle system
- Hold daily and weekly meetings with COE and BU staff to ensure process “end result” requirements are correctly captured.
- Run “sign off” meetings with senior management to accept changed processes.
- Travel to organization's Operations across Africa, Middle East and Russia to train users and gain feedback for further configuration.
- Accurately log all issues encountered and communicate accurately, efficiently and clearly with CEC / Oracle developers
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, engineering or any related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in IT / PC skills
- Multiple dealership systems knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent command of English.
