  Description

  • Develop winning relationships with Sales Leadership team and other key stakeholders’ business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided.
  • Support the Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve the company's service offerings
  • Provide analysis for GTM optimization initiatives, leading the diagnostics and evaluation of the GTM initiatives.
  • Provide GTM profitability analysis focusing on weighted channels/ customer’s base.
  • Support in GTM Must Win Battle (MWB) be improving ROI through better Asset utilization.
  • Support in developing GTM transformation calendar and restructure of GTM by channel.
  • Prepare financial evaluations with support of the planning team.
  • Build the Cost to serve model by Region by channel with support of the financial planning team.
  • Design the execution KPI’s and tracking tools.
  • Support the sustainability of the different GTM through helping with the analysis required for periodic reviews with stakeholders against agreed standards and KPIs.
  • Tracking the truck productivity and load efficiency to guarantee a lower cost to serve budget for the channel.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCGs
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
