- Clear and effective oral and written communication, with the ability to transition easily from communicating in both Arabic and English fluently where required.
- Demonstrated experience in adhering to policies, processes, and procedures and proactively flagging any impediments to you providing effective and timely support to our customers.
- Provides prompt and efficient service to the company's Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers’ issues where required.
- Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
- Demonstrates an appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university preferably in Marketing, Business, or E-Commerce related major.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer service and E-Commerce background is a plus.
- English Fluency.
