  • Perform outbound calls using the company's business line to promote and sell the companies' products.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Participate and use a previously prepared script to provide information about the product’s features, prices and benefits.
  • Persuade the customer by demonstrating how the organizations' services will meet their needs.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately on the system.
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of calls and sales.


  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any related major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Flexible to rotation shifts.
