- Perform outbound calls using the company's business line to promote and sell the companies' products.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Participate and use a previously prepared script to provide information about the product’s features, prices and benefits.
- Persuade the customer by demonstrating how the organizations' services will meet their needs.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately on the system.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of calls and sales.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar customer service role.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Flexible to rotation shifts.
