Perform outbound calls using the company's business line to promote and sell the companies' products.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Participate and use a previously prepared script to provide information about the product’s features, prices and benefits.
Persuade the customer by demonstrating how the organizations' services will meet their needs.
Record the customer’s personal information accurately on the system.
Deal with complaints or doubts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep records of calls and sales.

Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any related major from a reputable university.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar customer service role.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Flexible to rotation shifts.
