  Description

  • Manage the delivery of consistent services at the defined SLAs / KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure all monitored events are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements
  • Ramp up the tower coverage and develop areas of future functional expansion
  • Decide on any process gaps and develop related SLA improvements
  • Monitor Tower work force utilization and maintain healthy work load distribution
  • Manage the ramp up of tower coverage to include extra vehicles as per planned
  • Explore opportunities of tower functional future expansion
  • Report the tower financial and technical KPIs
  • Develop tower financial annual operating plans and capital needs
  • Assist on the technical interviews of tower work force and their selection
  • Act the tower SME cascading knowledge to newly assigned supervisors
  • Master Monitoring devices reporting platforms and act as the primary connection focal point with monitoring equipment  suppliers
  • Escalate any operational issues related to the Fleet Control tower
  • Manage and motivate the Control Tower supervisor reporting to him/her and their agents direct reports; while delivering continuous improvement in the reporting and quality of work
  • Lead Control Tower functional responsibilities including managing operational excellence, people development and partnership with stakeholders.
  • Scale up operational capabilities to achieve employees safety and business sustainability both within existing scope as well as new areas of opportunity
  • Represent the specific Cluster markets in meetings with internal and external customers, steering groups and other client functions
  • Set team and individual targets with Egypt, KSA, UAE and South Africa on the long term, and track goals
  • Responsible for the overall monitoring of Control Tower function; provide leadership from strategy to execution
  • Monitor SLAs and ensure month-end timelines are met; develop and analyze key business and safety reports to provide insights to the functional head and stakeholders.
  • Accurate and timely generation of management reporting and dashboards for performance analysis
  • Drive the development goals for his/her teams, provide guidance and coaching and leverage the teams strengths

  Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • 5 -7 years of Experience in a similar Control Tower position and/or Safety work environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in leadership or management position.
  • Service management and ticket management system experience.
  • Process management and continuous improvement  with a focus on optimization and productivity.
  • Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of Safety, reporting and Business. Intelligence tools and Interface.
  • Very good English fluency.
