- Evaluate the company’s current recruiting procedures and modify them accordingly.
- Design brand new procedures and oversee their implementation.
- Create an SLA to optimize recruitment needs and time frame.
- Conduct surveys to adapt to the changing needs of sourcing.
- Plan ahead with other departments to identify needs early on.
- Develop recruitment strategy.
- Design and develop Job Profiles for all titles and levels.
- Design and develop organizations charts.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within multinational organizations.
- Previous experience in workforce planning is a must.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Excellent command of English.
