  • Evaluate the company’s current recruiting procedures and modify them accordingly.
  • Design brand new procedures and oversee their implementation.
  • Create an SLA to optimize recruitment needs and time frame.
  • Conduct surveys to adapt to the changing needs of sourcing.
  • Plan ahead with other departments to identify needs early on.
  • Develop recruitment strategy.
  • Design and develop Job Profiles for all titles and levels.
  • Design and develop organizations charts.


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within multinational organizations.
  • Previous experience in workforce planning is a must.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Very strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
