Description
- Develop systems to process payroll account transactions like salaries, benefits, deductions, and taxes
- Manage the process of payroll changes like new hires, terminations and raises
- Manage and lead the payroll team
- Supervise and monitor reports submitted by the payroll team
- Review and improve payroll policies and procedures
- Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
- Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from payroll checks, including tax withholdings in line with the Egyptian Labor Law
- Administrate statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
- Implement the organization's payroll software
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in commerce/business administration from a reputable university
- 15-20 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Egypt insurance and tax laws and legislation
- Previous software implementation background is a must
