- Ability to develop trust and strong relationships with clients and gain their trust in order to leverage sales.
- Capable of understanding the customer needs and requirements and proposing fast quotations/solutions to the client.
- Ensure achievement of the sales & revenue targets
- Identify and develop new leads from new / existing accounts, coordinating meetings, reviewing customer requirements, identifying company capabilities for designing resolutions
- Maintain day-to-day customer management operations and provides timely resolution for customer issues and complaints.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in telecom center
- Very good command of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
