Description
- Process and reconcile ATM disputes
- Resolve problems concerned with the organization's products such as credit and debit cards
- Resolve disputes from inaccurate billing or charges
- Manage cards operational cycle
- Handle the operations of POS and E-payments disputes
- Perform as issuer chargeback on fraudulent activities
- Work closely with operator to improve sales and receipt systems
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in commerce/business administration from a reputable university
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking or E-payment sectors
- English fluency is a must
