  • Resolve ATM disputes
  • Resolve disputes concerned with Credit and Debit Cards
  • Resolve POS and E-payments disputes
  • Investigate and reverse Credit/Debit card charges disputed by account holder
  • Process refunds to cardholders
  • Track chargeback and refer fraudulent activity to the appropriate department

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in commerce/business administration from a reputable university
  • 7 years of relevant experience in banking or e-payment sectors
  • English fluency is a must
