Description
- Coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems.
- Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
- Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments.
- Electrical, heating and plumbing systems; facility maintenance; medical equipment knowledge, budget planning; accounting; and management principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering or related majors from reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years of facility management experience, preferably within a healthcare environment
- excellent command of English
