Purchase supplies

  • Collecting timesheet data and payroll information and reconciliation,  maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
  • Preparing and processing pay checks and cash deposits.
  • Preparing and distributing income statements.
  • Responsible for generating financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes and for Management review.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
