Description
- Responsible for setting and implementing the marketing and leasing strategy of the commercial component of a large-scale
- Hold the responsibility of generating returns of investment to achieve the desired IRR as per the project feasibility study.
- Responsible to achieve the occupation before construction starts and the mall grand opening.
- Responsible to build the retail arm of the company
- Achieve the development long-term plan of each retail category and each brand profitably.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of English
