  Description

  • Maintain, in liaison with distributors, factory and Market managers a product supply pipeline to all markets
  • Maintain all customers and products master data
  • Support CS Manager in providing training, coaching and support to the team
  • Ensure that CS Associate systematically process all reporting requirements on a timely manner and control the validity of all information
  • Generate and provide daily concise update to management any event
  • Ensure that all activities undertaken by Customer Service department fully comply with company policies and procedures

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • Minimum 3¬†years of relevant¬†experience.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must.
