- Responsible for back office operations /reporting
- Mange updated lists and invoices for life insurance/executives/medical insurance quarterly.
- Coordinate medical cards issuing process.
- Responsible for life insurance claims incoordination with finance and field teams.
- Coordinate with team to execute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- 1-2 years' experience preferably in shared services centers.
- Good in English is a must.
- Excellent communication skills is a must.
