- Ensure store visits to maintain the company's policy and the procedure
- Maintain employee records and paperwork.
- Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
- Handle all the administrative tasks for onboard , new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably in manufacturing and/or Food and beverage sectors.
- Excellent command of English.
