Responsible in supervision of EHS activities in the factory
Developing and creating EHS management systems
Introduce Safety procedures and policies
Good communication skills with management team, shop floor and globally
Robust background on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Audits and standards
Dedication and close follow up tools for Corrective and preventive actions system
Creativity in introducing adequate and SMART action plan (Subjective, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Time)
Engineering & Electromechanical background for managing EHS projects
Design qualifications background to verify & validate engineering designs according EHS standards
Machinery hazards identification and risk assessments
Hazard identification and proper Risk Assessment
Creating Annual & Strategic targets for Environmental Sustainability programs
Environmental Sustainability management programs ( energy, Waste)
Safety Sustainability management programs
Establishing two – way communications tool between EHS Systems & Shop floor

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, science or any related major from reputable university
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FMCGs
Excellent Command of English
Excellent communications skills
