  Description

  • Lead the digital media agenda for the business categories in the market and is responsible for digital strategy, social listening, partnerships with platforms, programmatic media & digital media innovation.
  • Support MENA Marketing Services management on key media initiatives
  • Partner with brand teams and agencies to develop digital calendar plan ensuring differentiated strategy, platform use, approach and KPIs by brand / target group / campaign objective
  • Lead the culture change to embed social listening and real time performance data into brand activation planning
  • Maintain a close working partnership with partners such as Facebook and Google to execute JBPs and raise the overall bar on digital marketing & innovation
  • Consolidate digital investments across brands and categories in the market to drive scale and value for brands
  • Lead work with agency partners in ensuring the delivery of digital media KPIs across metrics on reach, frequency, cost, viewability, engagement, etc.
  • Work in close collaboration with agencies on campaign reporting, campaign live tracking and optimization as well as post campaign analysis

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably covering both agencies and marketers
  • Strong, hands-on experience with digital and social media management for brands including social listening tools, capabilities and reporting
  • Fluent English is a must
