  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding service questions; suggest information about other services
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Prepare the company services reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience .
  • Fluency in both English and French is a must.
  • Excellent communications skills
