- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare the company services reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience .
- Fluency in both English and French is a must.
- Excellent communications skills
