  Description

•Lead the Learning and Development function and activities
•Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
•Organize, plan, and prioritize work.
•Lead teams and manage stockholders
•Make decisions and solve problems
•Coach and develop other team members.
•Update and use relevant knowledge.
•Communicate with clients outside the organization

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university 
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in human resources,business administration and preferably from Learning and development/ Training sector.  
  • Learning and development certification and TOT certification is a must 
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Excellent command of English
