  • Receive new employees hiring documents and make sure of its completion prior to the starting date of new employees
  • Enter the new employee personal data on HITS, fill in the insurance form.
  • Execute and control the personnel processes and actions.
  • Keep employee files up-to-date by processing employee status changes 
  • Issue new contracts for new hiring, renew annual contracts, probation period.
  • Execute all the procedures of the termination/separation including resignation form, social insurance, experience certificate, vacation balnace. 
  • Issue HR letters, National ID, Social insurance letters.
  • Deals with governmental external offices such as: labor, social insurance office.
  • Handles all insurance & labor office inquiries and act as the person in charge to deal with insurance & labor office.




  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
