- Lead the team to achieve the operation objectives in service turnaround time and quality KPIs.
- Monitor day to day activities for all team members.
- Support junior & senior members to solve any challenge or barrier in their daily tasks.
- Support the Manager in all planning, development, monitoring and controlling activities
- Deliver the high quality of operation outputs.
- Maintain the efficient communication between company and our internal / external customers.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good communication skills.
