  • Administer annual benefits plan and develop new benefits program as requested.
  • Support on monthly payroll execution to ensure smooth delivery of accurate and timely payment for employees.
  • Review all payment variables associated with Change in pay (Promotion , hiring & transfer etc).
  • Support on annual budget preparation.
  • Handle financials of all service providers payment related to the Compensation and Benefits Department.


  • University degree from a relevant discipline.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • 7-10¬†years of relevant experience in FMCG.
