Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.
Helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.
May suggest aligning talent to training or development programs to ensure organizational goals are met.
Responsible for Employee relation Management and culture activities for the company
Assist and participate in areas of organizational development.
Develop, maintain and interpret company policies, procedures and guidelines, to ensure compliance with company and government policies and regulations, and take appropriate corrective measures.
Participate in building the annual performance appraisal system through select proper method, set the evaluation aspects, give orientation to Head of Departments and delegated evaluates on how to implement the appraisal system that reflects on employees increase and recommended training.
Responsible for the job analysis; create a job description manual and keeping it updated.
