Description
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management and Performance Management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Entirely managing the employer branding process , including setting up and managing an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company as well as planning, establishing and overseeing the company's social media presence online.
- Developing and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Providing professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Managing the annual performance appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the standards of performance and performance evaluation tools.
- Leading the design of the different assessment tools and managed development centers.
- Designing and Updating the HR Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Managing the entire life cycle of the promotion and personnel Change of status process.
- Designing the Career path and job families for the different functions (technical, no-technical and support functions) all aligned with the compensation grading system and coherent with the industry trends.
- Managing the yearly manpower planning exercise with the line manager and budgeting department.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from Reputable university
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- SAP is an asset
- Fluency in English is a must
