Description
- Responsible for keeping the company's finances alive by planning, controlling, organizing and accounting them.
- Establishing fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and advising on financial affairs.
- Responsible for the Invoice booking on the company's system.
- Loading payment to be ready on banking platform.
- Responsible of the Expenses claims manual archiving and processing of booking, the management of the car Allowances.
- Archiving Invoices and all financial documents.
- Controlling the company's warehouse.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field required
- 1 - 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Good communication with external and internal stakeholders
- Fluent English language
- Excellent Computer skills
