Description
- Analyze Commercial data, check to ensure KPI’s are achieved & set action plan for areas of development
- Contact current clients to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen bonds with them & check their future needs
- Perform market study on competitor to have a better view on the market.
- Assist clients in submitting all their requests online (bookings, Shipping instruction, and Complaints)
- Focal Point of communication with clients for e-Commerce requests
- Market scanning and providing potential clients to sales department.
- Represent the company in marketing events and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of marketing or related major from reputable university
- minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role preferable in Logistics field
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic
