Works effectively across the organization to ensure successful execution of supply chain support on many integrated efforts.
Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting.
Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management.
Performs life cycle cost studies.
Defines integrated logistics support requirements.
Providing leadership oversight for the supply planning function and have key accountability for integrating business planning insights, analytics, and decisions to create an effective plan that is aligned across the Supply Chain.
Works with cross-functional stakeholders to assess planning issues, examine analytics, clarify business implications/impact, outline countermeasures, plan and monitor progress, and measure performance/results to improve customer service levels/fill rate.
Provides leadership and coaching for Supply Planning team.
Manages all supply planning networks including co-packaged and co-manufactured goods.
Continuously improves the planning function (process, cadence, tools/systems, organization, and culture) and introduces “Forward Thinking/Best Practice” solutions.
