  Description

  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Calculates the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
  • Checks non-exempt personnel time sheets utilizing an electronic time and attendance software product for compliance with policy, state and regulatory requirements.
  • Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Administers statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll
  • Personnel experience is a plus.
  • Very strong excel capabilities
