Description
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system images to ensure optimal functionality of all company’s PCs
- Provide Level1 and Level-2 support and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure continuous workflow and instant resolution of issued tickets.
- Install windows update patches and monitor performance
- Install and update MS office applications
- Install, configure printers drivers and firmware updates
- Configure and Troubleshoot Outlook issues profiles
- Follow up and check functionality of meeting rooms equipment
- Backup & Recovery procedures
- Proceed DRP Check failover activity
- Hardware & software Inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputable university.
- Information System background
- Very good English language
