Description
- Responsible for performing various cash, disbursement, and accounting activities.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts for cash & cheques.
- Monitor daily bank balances, cash clearing accounts.
- Support daily, weekly and monthly treasury and accounting activities.
- Process all deposited miscellaneous checks and ensure timely posting.
- Maintain banking relationships
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English.
