Description
- Searching for potential clients through the company's leeds and through networking.
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on the company's database
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to purchase the properties.
- Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience preferably in real estate
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent communication skills
