Description
- Ability to define the technology policies, processes and procedures.
- Practice in technology process definition using COBIT 5 and ITIL V.3.
- Plan, develop and improve processes, policies, templates.
- Coach and assess Process and Tool Implementation
- Measure and govern processes operation
- Trigger and collect process improvement initiatives
- Create Templates and Guidelines for all processes.
- Applying CMMI.
- Apply Improvement for Processes
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related majors.
- 3-6 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- strong background in COBIT 5, ITIL and ISO 2700.
