District Operations Head (67477)

Prepare the business plan, monitor the performance, carry out gap analysis and set action plans accordingly.
Make sure that the project is in good condition according to the company’s standards.
Manage the activities of the in-house team and outsourced companies.
Asset management through submitting periodic asset reports, setting action plans and following up the progress for the equipment, buildings and infrastructure. In addition to maintaining the asset register, carrying out value engineering analysis and preparing cost saving proposals.
Responsible for community management.
Suggest extra facilities, amenities and services for the developed areas
Oversee all aspects of residential and maintenance operations on the district in line with mandated company policies and strategic direction.
Responsible for ensuring the safety, security and comfort of all residents and must ensure their needs, within reason, are met professionally.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Environmental codes.
Assess risk prior of the project or maintenance work and ensure team follows safety methods, procedures, and techniques while carrying out their duties.
Manage the requests, complaints and problems of the clients and the company’s staff.
