Lead employee engagement initiatives, collaborating with the business and human resources team.
Create training and development programs for individual development plans; ensure development is aligned with plans for identified high potentials, as well as key leaders, new leaders and other targeted functions, groups, etc.
Collaborate with Workforce Insights to examine employee demographics and identify gaps in alignment with consumer and community demographics
Lead cultural transformation and implement diversity and inclusion programs to drive a high-performance workforce.
Partner with the HR leadership team to create talent management programs around new competency framework and job architecture which underpins all other HR functions, programs, and initiatives.
