Description
- Ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
- Respond to questions and requests for information.
- Maintain Calendar and manages schedules.
- Typing documents, formatting, and preparing presentations as needed.
- Organizes and maintains clients' paper and electronic files, including the safe.
- AML follow up.
- Update the contact list of the Firm Regulatory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a Reputable University
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience .
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
