  Description

  • Ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information.
  • Maintain Calendar and manages schedules.
  • Typing documents, formatting, and preparing presentations as needed.
  • Organizes and maintains clients' paper and electronic files, including the safe.
  • AML follow up.
  • Update the contact list of the Firm Regulatory.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a Reputable University
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience .
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
