- Act as a business owner and decisions maker for all digital activities and mobile application related to E- Services.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points for E-Services channels.
- Develop value proposition that will stimulate the online payment through E- Services..
- Prepare E- Services training material for any new service.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in banking sector.
- Excellent command of English.
