Description
- Keep track of a company's income under supervision of the receivables Team.
- Track and record payments received by the customers.
- Manage collection activities and update receivables by monitoring and coordinating all processed transactions such as bank remittances.
- Accurate and timely booking of funds collected through cash, bank transfers and credit card payments.
- Record all transactions on SAP.
- Handle and co-ordinate all service centers and sales departments inquiry related to customers’ accounts database.
- Handle all digital channels for customer payments.
- Can handle all assigned tasks and restrict to tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English.
