  Description

  • Cultivate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication.
  •  Mediate conflicts and promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Actively work on Diversity & Inclusion targets.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  •  Support continuous learning and skill development initiatives.
  •  Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in benefits and compensation.
  • Lead the salary reviews and other monetary and non-monetary elements, communication with key stakeholders, and process new pay letters
  • Establish and manage performance appraisal processes.
  •  Provide guidance and support for employee goal setting and career development.
  • Contribute to the development of OD initiatives to leverage organizational goals.
  •  Assist in talent management initiatives.

 

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of  Proven HR Business Partner experience with 360-degree operations in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in conflict resolutions
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
