Develop and design effective training programs based on organizational needs and objectives
Proficient use of gap analysis process to help the organization reach business goals.
Use a variety of training methods and delivery techniques to engage participants.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand organizational goals and training requirements.
Stay updated on learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions for training delivery.
Assist in the creation of individual development plans and career paths.
Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees for special development programs.
Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.
Recommend improvements and adjustments to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant major from a reputable university.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a reputable company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
