Description
- Develop and design effective training programs based on organizational needs and objectives
- Proficient use of gap analysis process to help the organization reach business goals.
- Use a variety of training methods and delivery techniques to engage participants.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand organizational goals and training requirements.
- Stay updated on learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions for training delivery.
- Assist in the creation of individual development plans and career paths.
- Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees for special development programs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements and adjustments to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a reputable company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
