  Description

  • Develop and design effective training programs based on organizational needs and objectives
  • Proficient use of gap analysis process to help the organization reach business goals.
  • Use a variety of training methods and delivery techniques to engage participants.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand organizational goals and training requirements.
  • Stay updated on learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions for training delivery.
  • Assist in the creation of individual development plans and career paths.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees for special development programs.
  •  Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements and adjustments to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a reputable company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
