Description
- Monitor and review accounting reports and related systems to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze financial information to prepare accounting entries.
- Match invoices using the three-way match method in accordance with the accounting standards.
- Book general ledger entries and prepare the financial accruals and prepaid expenses in addition to allocations per company's site, and recurring entries to assure accurate allocation and reports.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Monthly bank accounts reconciliation in different currencies
- Create monthly cash flow and validate relevant transactions.
- Prepare cash projection file to maintain liquidity.
- Responsible for trial balance analysis (balance sheet/profit and loss)
- Payable aging analysis.
- Handle assets in different aspects and assist in a physical count in all clinics.
- Handle inventories cycle and assist in a yearly physical count in all clinics.
- Handle all intercompany transactions between our entities.
- In charge of payroll postings and reconciliation with HR
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation report including booking vs payments.
- Review and monitor all tax types booking monthly “WHT, Payroll, offshore, VAT, stamp, CIT, est. and assist in tax inspections.
- Assist in the costing exercise and budget tracking files review.
- Assist in month end closing - Organize, control all monthly transaction.
- Coordinating with Auditors for carrying out Audit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 - 6 years' of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
